Built from the shop floor up.

20+ years in automotive manufacturing — 8 plants, EUR 3.2M in savings, 51% scrap reduction. This is the story of what we learned, and why we built AdaptiveOps to make those results available across every operation — from the factory floor to the teams that feed it.

We don't just advise. We implement. Every training program, every coaching session, every digital tool is built on real experience from real factories.

The founder's story

Why AdaptiveOps Exists

I spent 20 years implementing operational excellence systems in factories across Romania and Europe — at Lear Corporation, Leoni, and Valeo.

In that time, I worked in 8 manufacturing plants. I've seen what works and what doesn't. I've seen EUR 3.2M in savings generated from structured systems. I've seen 51% scrap reductions from disciplined problem-solving. And I've seen well-intentioned improvement programs collapse because the coaching capability wasn't built alongside the tools.

Most consultancies give you the methodology. We give you the methodology, the coaching, and a digital platform to make it stick.

Every service we offer is something I've personally implemented in a real plant. Not designed in a conference room. Built on a shop floor.

The origin of ECO

From Problem to Framework

After 20+ years managing production lines, coaching teams, and implementing lean systems across automotive suppliers, one pattern kept repeating: organizations invest in training that doesn't stick, buy digital tools that nobody uses, and run improvement programs that fade after the consultant leaves.

The problem isn't the training. It's not the tools. It's the disconnect between them. Training without digital systems to sustain it loses momentum. Digital systems without skilled people become expensive dashboards. Coaching without both is just conversation.

AdaptiveOps was founded to solve this. The ECO framework — Execution & Control of Operations — integrates training, coaching, and digital management systems into one coherent approach. Because that's how operations actually work: everything is connected.

What we kept seeing
Training programs that end at the classroom door
Digital tools collecting dust — no adoption, no ROI
Improvement projects that fade when the consultant leaves
Disconnected systems: quality in one app, maintenance in another, people in spreadsheets
Indirect teams — planning, logistics, HR — running on habits instead of standards, adding cost before production even starts
The ECO approach
Training + coaching + digital in one integrated system
Management Layer ensures people can use the tools
Digital Solutions Layer gives structure to daily operations
Everything connects: quality, equipment, materials, people
The same framework applied to indirect operations — planning, logistics, HR, finance — not just the shop floor

The journey

From the shop floor to a framework.

02
2002

First step on the shop floor

Started as a production engineer in automotive wiring systems. Learned that improvement starts where the work happens.

08
2008

Leading production lines

Took ownership of production operations. Achieved 51% efficiency gains and 300+ PPM reduction through hands-on lean implementation.

12
2012

The pivot: from doing to building systems

Transitioned from managing production to coaching teams and building improvement frameworks across an entire region. Generated EUR 3.2M/year in savings through structured Yearly Improvement Plans.

16
2016

Scaling to Fortune 500

Applied the integrated approach at larger scale — OEE standardization, dynamic warehouse systems, Kata coaching. Confirmed that training + tools + coaching must work as one.

AdaptiveOps & the ECO Framework

Founded AdaptiveOps to share what 20+ years taught us. Built the ECO platform — Execution & Control of Operations — so other organizations don’t have to learn these lessons the hard way.
